I ordered a few glass domes from here, and they were the wrong size! 8Seaons refuses to do anything about it. Horrible site, I will not be using them again.

Mi experiencia con 8seasons es realmente buena!!! Tuve un pequeño problema con un pedido, que tardó casi dos meses en llegar, pero ya me explicaron que estuvo retenido en china. El trato es siempre MUY AMABLE, y la respuesta a todas mis preguntas muy rápida. Lo recomiendo 100%!!!! Gracias por todo!

I needed urgently some items and foolishly enough, placed 3 orders at the end of March. The only one that has arrived (now 3 weeks ago) turned out to be disappointment because the hole size given was incorrect. So now I have hundreds of spacer beads that cannot be used in the project they were ordered for. The two other orders (placed via AliExpress on March 30th) are stuck in Canada since 28th April according to tracking information. And what has 8seasons done? Their reply May 4th was "please rest assured ,my friend ,we won't let you bear any loss. hope you can kindly wait in patience. I will make you update timely." Still waiting.... Oh, for the rest of you who still want to split hair with this company... Go to AliExpress, search for 8seasons shop and compare the prices. You thought 8seasons own site is cheap? Interestingly enough, you may find 8seasons products cheaper via AliExpress (free shipping even) than through this one. Just a hint, if you want to save a bit ;)
