Je suis très déçue car ma commande est arrivée mal emballée et j'ai beaucoup de produits tordus ou écrasés; de plus, la qualité de certains autres produits n'est pas au rendez-vous!ce n'est pourtant pas la première fois que je commande...d'habitude aucun problème, mais là, c'est très décevant!!!

les perles que j ai recu sont magnifiques et je repasse une autre commande je voudrais signaler que j ai été livre par poste alors que 2 jours avant un faux transporteur qui m a fait faire des appels vers un centre telephonique bidon m a contacte faite attention
