I'm normally very happy with the items I receive, but I tried something new and the picture doesn't come anywhere close to what I received in a negative way. The title did say reddish brown but was not that way in the pictures at all and the other order that did have "reddish brown" was a completely different color from the original in pictures. If I could submit a picture of the difference in color I would but this site doesn't allow it. There is a HUGE variance in "reddish brown" as the pictures look like brown with a hint of red and what you receive is extremely red colored.

best ever. only problem is 18k gold plating on the dangling pearl charm is thin and wears off after handling a few times.For instance I exchanged the fake pearl for real 14k gold hearts and other high value charms and noticed the gold was wearing off.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH ... I got my BIG ORDER a few weeks ago and all was good and then I noticed that some of the bracelets did not want to open right and I sent something in and they fixed the problem & sent me some new ones and I got them TODAY { 12/23 } and each of them WORK just fine and so thank you all so much for coming to my rescue just in time for Christmas gifts to be done.
