heard about this company thru a different website. 8season website was easy to navigate and prices very reasonable. on oct 22, I placed my first order. there was 1 item on backorder which was shipped 2 days later, there was also prompt communication in regards to the backorder. unfortunately as of today (nov 22) I am still anxiously awaiting the packages after missing out on using these items for 3 tradeshows, I am hoping I can get them in time for my upcoming shows next week. unfortunately I cannot track them on the pos.com website either :(

Yes when I first started doing business with the company I was very happy with products and services. Then things went bad for me I placed a order on September 6,2016 I never received my items I sent several emails and no one replied to any of my emails I also received a tracking number it was not valid I have been waiting for a while now and I still have not received items or a reply from no one My business lost money and customers. I have not took legal action yet.I'm waiting until I get a reply or my items
